Nicholas Morton was the son and heir of Robert Morton and Ales, daughter of Sir Rychard Bozon.
Nicholas married Ales, daughter of Thomas Wentworth of Elmsall.
Nicholas and Ales had the following children:

- Charles (2d son and heir to his older brother Robert)
