Biography

The Visitation of Warwickshire suggests that Jane was the daughter of Thomas Morton of Ingleton, Staffordshire and that she married John Horne of Shropshire.[1] It also describes him as being of Childs Ercall, Shropshire.

The Visitation lists children:

  • Mary wife of Henry Crowder of Stoke near Coventry (Warwickshire)
  • Reginald of Stoke near Coventry married Ann, daughter of Thomas Pachet of Barwell, Leicestershire
