my maternal Grandmother. She was named after Temperance Stout's (Stump) daughter Magdalena C. S. Stump (Richards) but the spelling is exact spelling of The Virgin Mary, mother of Christ Mary Magdalene. - First hand information as stated by Mary to me before her death.
