Charlotte Moss was born in 1876 in Carcoar, Colony of New South Wales, daughter of Thomas Moss (1830–1899) and Sarah Archer Carruthers (1847–1922).[1]
Charlotte (22) married James Joseph Cahill (28) (born about 1870 in Carcoar; son of John Cahill) in 1899 in Cargo, New South Wales.[2]
Charlotte died in 1964 in Marrickville, New South Wales, Australia, aged 87.[3]
