If Jacob is Sarah's son, his birth date is incorrect. Adam & Sarah married in May 1635 in England. See his father's bio: Adam "came to America after his second marriage aboard the ship "Defence" which embarked 2 July 1635 for Massachusetts Bay, bringing his second wife's daughter, Mary Lott, with them." There was no time for a son to be born in England and if he was, why doesn't he show on the ship manifesto? Jacob was probably born after 1635 , thus the date of 14 Jul 1642 makes more sense.

Conflict in birth years needs to be corrected since the merge. One is 1633 the other is July 14, 1642

Mott-27 and Mott-964 appear to represent the same person because: same name, dod, location

Mott-1083 and Mott-27 appear to represent the same person because: I don't think Adm Mott had two sons named Jacob who survived into adulthood.

Mott-495 and Mott-27 appear to represent the same person because: from what little I could find, he was born in England and helped settle Rhode Island.
