Mott-1563 and Mott-151 appear to represent the same person because: Richbell Mott (151) was incorrectly put in the Rhode Island family, but should be in the New York family. Mott-1563 is a duplicate already in the New York family, so whoever completes this merge, please be sure that Richbell lands in the New York family.
This Richbell Mott (151) was imported as son of the Rhode Island Adam Mott II and Mary Lott. However, I wonder if he really belongs to this Rhode Island family. He may instead be the son of the New York Adam Mott, who married Elizabeth Redman Richbell.
The name may be a coincidence, but it is worth research to try to determine first if this Richbell actually lived in Rhode Island, or if he can be found in New York, and thus probably belong to that New York Adam Mott line instead.
