Biography

Joseph was born in Missouri on 29 March 1860^[1] to Loama (b. Ohio) and Mary J. Mott. Joseph lived in Missouri^[2] until about 1880 when he and his parents were living in Ball, Bennton, Arkansas.^[3] In Washington, Arkansas, Joseph married Lydia Wheaton on December 25, 1881.^[4] Joseph was a farmer in Arkansas and in Oklahoma. ^[5][6][7]
