She married as his second wife, Elisha Birge, about 1756 at Litchfield, Litchfield, CT - parents of Tryphena, James, Benjamin, Sarah & Joseph Birge
She perished in a snow storm, Dec. 9, 1786, about 25 rods southwest from her house.
