Welcome, Mark! How are things going for you now that you've had a chance to look around and add some of your family tree?

When you have a moment, you should come on over and introduce yourself in our forum thread for new members. It's a great way to meet other genealogists and share what you are working on.

Hello Mark,

Thank you for joining WikiTree. As a WikiTree Mentor I am available to answer any questions or help solve any issues you may be having.

How To Use WikiTree is a good starting point, and the Help Index is an important place to find out how to do most tasks.

Do you have Royal Ancestors? They are already here on Wikitree! Rather than create duplicate profiles for them, please contact the EuroAristo Project to discuss connecting your family line to their profiles.

Feel free to ask me via my profile page if you have any questions.

Hi! I see you have uploaded your DNA for comparison. Did you know we have a project for DNA where a lot of great new things are happening? If you are interested and would like to check it out, go to the FIND link top right of your profile page, select PROJECTS from the drop down box, and then select the link for the DNA project. It has information listed that might be of interest to you, and feel free to contact any of the members if you would like additional details.

Mark

You are now a member of the WikiTree Community. Please note we are trying to build one Collaborative Tree which means one profile per person. It is important to ensure no duplicates are entered as you add any Profiles to WikiTree. You might want to check out the introductory WikiTree video that a member created. OurMentor Team are a friendly bunch of volunteers who will be glad to help you with specific problems if you have any. Good luck growing your tree, and thanks for offering to help with our shared tree. Enjoy collaborating on WikiTree.

I noticed you uploaded a GEDCOM. Here's a link to a great step-by-step of the process including screenshots that you might find helpful.

The help pages give lots of information about the process, if you need any help it is best to start with 'Before you import a GEDCOM'.
