Franz Muller - 15 November 1847, 9 p.m. was born in Altheim, Baden, Germany and baptised on 16 November 1847 , 10 a.m. Franz Sebastian MULLER, son of the local citizen and farmer, Franz Sebastian MULLER and Maria Anna LINK. Godfather was Michael Anton Morschheuser, local citizen and farmer. Witnesses were Franz Joseph Weinlein and Peter Muller, both local citizens and farmers. Altheim, 16 November 1847. His parents emigrated to South Africa in 1858 and settled in Ohlsen, near Stutterheim, as part of the British immigration scheme. He passed away in 1930.
