Emma Eugene Mullican was born on 21 Sep 1880 in Maryland as the daughter of Archibald L Mullican and Mary F Thrift, who were also born in Maryland.[1]
In 1900, Emma was 19 years of age, working as a servant, and living in Clarksburg, Montgomery, Maryland with her parents, Archibald (56) and Mary (51), and 7 siblings, and an 18 year old servant Louis Mulligan (not listed as sibling). These siblings were: Lucie C (24), Richard M (21), Wm B (16), Pearl E (15), Oscar L (13), Thomas E (12), and Beulah L (10).[2]
She married Americus Edgar Biggs.[3]
She passed away on 7 Feb 1913[4] and was buried at Neelsville Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Germantown.[5]
