Biography
William P. E. Mullins was known as Pound Bill Mullins. Pound Bill was born Abt 1810 in Virginia. His parents were James Booker Mullins and Nancy Mullins. Pound Bill Mullins is buried on Newberry Ridge at Tarpon, Virginia. his grave has only small field rocks as markers. It's unlikely that anyone remembers which of the old graves are his.
