Despite the similarity in their names Miriam and her sister, Keziah (Murphree) Hallmark (abt.1797-bef.1841), are two separate people. Miriam died in 1831 while Keziah continued having children for another 10 years past that time. Please do not merge.

The birth year has a couple of digits transposed on one or the other. The name James on Cummings Hallmark may be correct.
