Michael and Ann were in Lot 3 with their daughter Mary in 1891. [1]
Ann said she was married in 1901, but she was the head of household. Michael was back in 1911. [2]
On the 1921 Census, Michael said his father was born in Newfoundland and his mother in Ireland. [3]
Research Notes
Michael could be the son of Patrick Murphy, born Newfoundland and Bridget, born Ireland in the 1881 Census. They had a 17 year old son Patrick in 1881, but no Michael. Michael said he was born in May:
