Their children were Clarence Russell Floyd, Dessie Mae Floyd Shoemaker, and two unnamed infants[1].
In 1920 she and Ben lived in Goethe, Hampton County, South Carolina with Ben's family and their children Eva and Clarence[5].
She died 5 August 1925, in Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia of typhoid fever[6]. Her burial site is unknown though her death certificate specifies her 'place of burial, cremation, or removal' as Collins, Tattnall County, Georgia.
