C. & Nancy Jane MUSGRAVE and was 1 of a large family of boys and girls. CONT As a young man he was married to Miss Emma E. FELIX and 4 children wre born to them; Junie Gertrude died in infancy, surfviiving were Mrs. Pearl POLLARD of Carmi, Mrs. Myrtle GRIFFIN of Burnt Prairie, and Mrs. Rosa WILSON of Quinter, KS. The wife & mother passed away 10Aug1895. On 9Sep1896 Mr. MUSGRAVE was married to Miss Francis May SIMPSON, who also survives him. To this union 9 children were born, Walter of Fairfield; Mrs. Lougilla THACKEREY and Mrs. Lois TOOMBS of Mill Shoals; Mrs. Iva PHILLIPS of Burnt Prairie; Mrs. Cora GOOCH of Springerton and Mrs. Maude PHILLIPS, Anna, who survive. Ola Catherine, Belle Irene and an infant son died in early childhood. CONT Mr. Musgrave was a substantial and influential farrmer. In 1919 he sold his Wayne County farm and purchased the 'Old MARICLE Homestead' in White County near West Antioch Church where he lived until his final days. CONT Besides his heartbroken companion and immediate family he left behind 46 grandchildren, 21 g-grandchldren, 2 sisters, Mrs. Lucinda VAUGHN and Mrs. Rosa VAUGHN of near Fairfield; 1 brother, Wyatt of Fairfield; many nephews, neices and a host of friends. CONT CONT Funeral services were held Monday 9Mar1942 at the Pleasant Grove Church with burial at the church cemetery.
