James C. "Red" Myers, Jr., 39, of Kershaw, SC, died at the VA Hospital in Columbia, SC after a long illness.

Born in Union County, SC, he was a son of the James C. Myers and Mozelle R. Fuller.

Surviving are his wife, Pauline Payne Myers of Kershaw, SC; father, James C. Myers of Meridian, MS; mother, Mozelle R. Fuller of Clinton, SC; three brothers, John M. Myers of Lincolnton, NC, Edward Fuller of Clinton, SC, and Harold Myers of Meridian, MS; and a sister, Melda Sapp of Cross Hill, SC.

Cause of Death: Colon Cancer
