Thomas P. "T.P." Myers was born in October 11, 1840 in of, Jackson, Tennessee. Thomas's parents are David Myers and Elizabeth Gray. Thomas married Rebecca Borden Overstreet "Dutch" on 27 Sep 1871 in , in Overton County, Tennessee. They had five children in 11 years. He died on March 12, 1922, in Nashville, Tennessee, at the age of 81, and is interred at Spring Hill Cemetery, Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee
