Richard, s/o Thomas, was bpt 28 Sep 1567 in Ardeley, Hertfordshire, England.[1]
There was a Richarde Myles bpt 16 May 1563 Ware, Hertford, England [2] No parents were named in this record.
Since all (but one) of his known siblings was bpt in Ardeley, and there is a baptism there for a Richard son of Thomas, the logic is inescapable.
He married at Great Munden, Hertfordshire, England, 17 Oct 1597, Alice Cherry also of Great Munden. She was buried at Great Munden 9 Sep 1628 just a few weeks before her husband. The author discusses possible family members.[3]
Richard was buried 14 Oct 1628, at Great Munden. Richard's will dated 4 FEb 1627 [1627/8] made extra provisions for his wife beyond the usual thirds. His other legatee was his son Richard.[3]
