According to SAF register, there was only one Michael Arnodus Muller, born 1767, who married a Rautenbach.

He had 14 children, corresponding with some on his death notice, c1 Maria Magdalena married v Rensburg c3 George Frederik c4 Hillegard c5 Adriana Catharina born 22 Nov 1795 c6 Johan Andries c8 Rosina Elizabeth c10 Alewn Ignatius c12 Hester Catharina c13 Jacomina Margeritha c14 Nicolaas Philippus

c5 c5 Adriana Catharina born 22 Nov 1795 is listed as child of Michail Arnoldus Muller (abt.1765-) but the two are clearly the same. It was not unusual for people to change there first names

According to the death notice found for Michael Arnoldus (Múller) Müller (1767-1828), date of death is stated as 5 June 1844 and place as Onverwagt, Swellendam, Cape Colony the residence of son-in-law Nicolaas Rensburg.

All the children listed on the death notice, corresponds with children as listed in C.C. de Villiers C.C. de Villiers. Geslagsregisters van die ou Kaapse Families, hersien en aangevul deur C. Pama. Part 1, Page 608.

Not sure where the death date of 14 Jan 1828 and place Doornrivier, Albertinia, Cape Colony come from?

This bio still needs 'forensic' re-integration. Then it will become clear that the source of those dates is Eight Generations of South African Descendants.by A. James Muller, Canada, 2010 (profile Müller-1605 was created by Jeffrey Angus).
