Charles City County Virginia 1771 - December 23 Will of Zachariah Nance, Probated 4 March 1772. To sons James, John after his mother's death, William, Zachariah. Daughters: Elizabeth and Susannah. Executors: James Nance and Henry South. Witnesses: Charles Pearson, Henry Annistrand and Wm. Vaughn.[3]
