Biography

When Beverly Deaton NANCE was born on December 18, 1882, in Montgomery, Virginia, his father, Elkanah, was 36 and his mother, Mary, was 36. He married Lucy Bell "Lula" CARR on December 24, 1902, in New River, Virginia. They had nine children in 17 years. He died on July 24, 1952, in Radford, Virginia, at the age of 69, and was buried there.
