Born Frances Lorraine Nance in 1922 to David Nance and Gay Mahan of Danville, Virginia. Married Garnett Leo Turner. Family member states she was employed by the federal government for a time. Died 2009 in Danville, Virginia, age 86, and is buried in Mountain View Cemetery, Danville, Virginia.
