Biography

When Wilson Henry NANCE was born on March 12, 1888, in North Carolina, his father, James Calvin Nance (1860-1943), was 27 and his mother, Nancy Elizabeth Turner (1863-1943), was 24. He married Lula Malinda FURR on February 12, 1911, in Stanly, North Carolina. They had four children during their marriage. He died on August 11, 1979, in Monroe, North Carolina, at the age of 91, and was buried there.
