Rick If You would provide proof of the Judity Burke mystery marriage to Patrick Napier Sr provide it. Otherwise quit deleting Ann Franklin the only proven wife of Patrick Napier Sr. I can show You that in 1767 While Patrick Napier Sr and Ann Franklin were living in Bedford and giving birth to then son Patrick Napier Jr, that Ms Burke was still single in Augusta. How is it that the last daughters of Patrick Napier Sr were all named after the franklin girls? Joice, Dicey , Lucy and Ann Napier were all named after Ann Franklin and three of Her Sisters while oldest son Edmund Napier was named after Ann Franklin's father Edmund Franklin Sr. Explain to me why there is no document with any of the Burkes listed with Patrick Napier Sr and that Patrick Napier Sr never lived around the Burkes until after August of 1782 when Patrick Napier Sr and His family left Fluvanna County, Va for Montgomery, Co, Va? Still waiting on Your proof that Ms Burke married Patrick Napier Sr. I won't hold my breath because You don't have any. Truth is a beautiful thing and Dicey Napier was named after Her aunt Dicey Franklin. Embrace the Franklin Family becuase the Burkes are not connected to This lady or Her family.

Judith Burke is not the Mother of Dicey Napier , Her parents are Patrick Napier Sr 1726-1799 and Ann Franklin. Dicey was named after Her aunt Dicey Franklin. You have no records proving Judith Burke was ever married to Patrick Napier. She was not married to Him and as a matter of fact, while Patrick Napier Sr and Ann Franklin were in Bedford County , Va in 1767 giving birth to Son Patrick Napier Jr, Judity Burke is listed in a deed in Augusta as Judith Burke . Patrick Napier Sr was not ever in Augusta County.

The only confusion is because some researchers do not research. There are records proving Ann Franklin. Judith Burke was never around the Napier Family. The Burkes and Napier's were never in the same county until after 1782 when all of Patrick Napier's children were already born. What ever happened to sources? I find it odd not one person who claims Judith Burke as a wife of Patrick Napier Sr has one proven source. I have dozens of records showing Patrick Napier Sr living in Bedford and with the Franklin Family and later in Albemarle & Fluvanna before moving to Montgomery County in August of 1782. Burden of proof lies with the Burke lovers who sow seeds of lies claiming this . Patrick Napier Sr was born in 1726 and was last shown alive in July of 1798. Show me the proof of Judy Burke. I can show she was still single in June of 1767 when half of Patrick Napier's kids were already born in another county. Patrick Napier was never in Augusta County.

No Proof of Judith Burke being a wife of Patrick Napier Sr. 1726-1799. Burden of proof falls on the Judith Burke researchers in which they have zero proof. Ann Franklin is the only wife of Patrick Napier Sr and she is proven.

This is one that makes your head spin. I thought Napier-734 and Franklin 6688 were correct. But, I found too many conflicts with several Patrick Napier's. I use FamilySearch as a resource, but they also seem to have some conflicts. Further research is required.
