Samuel Neale was a Quaker. He was born in Christianstown, county Kildare on 4 October 1748 to parents Samuel Neale and Sarah Pim

He married Deborah Newenham of Cork in a Quaker ceremony in Youghal, county Cork held on 29 October 1778.

He died in his house in Newington, county Kildare, on 10 September 1828 without having had any children.
