DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships by comparing test results with Tricia or other carriers of her ancestors' mitochondrial DNA.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Tricia:
If you are adding any DNA tests to profiles on WikiTree, please be sure to add the tests to the actual test participant's profile, and that the Privacy is set to show the participant's Family Tree tab.
Tricia, you are now a member of WikiTree! Please help us build one Collaborative Global Family Tree, which means only one profile per person. It's important that no duplicates are created and profiles are properly sourced. If you have pre-1700's ancestors to add please read our Pre-1700 profiles info.

Hi :) I'm Tricia and I have been working on the family tree for at least 35 years. I find it truly addictive. The addition of genetics for genealogy is making it an even more fascinating hobby! Online sites such as this one also add to the enjoyment. I have an online tree with Ancestry and one with Genes Reunited and I have had a number of family lines DNA-tested. Meeting up with 'new' cousins is a huge bonus. I think that a huge linked-up family tree is a great idea - provided we can keep it as correct as possible, of course. I look forward to working with like-minded family historians to increase the size of the tree and to spread the word :)
I see you have uploaded your DNA for comparison. We have a project for DNA where a lot of great new things are happening. If you are interested and would like to check it out, go to the FIND link top right of your profile page, select PROJECTS from the drop down box, and then select the link for the DNA project. It has information listed that might be of interest to you, and feel free to contact any of the members if you would like additional details.
