Louisa was born in Grahamstown in about 1822, daughter of Evelyn and Elizabeth Neil.[1] She married Joseph Webb at Salem on 1 October 1841[2], and passed away in 1901, at the family home at Mooi Plaats, East London.[3]

Her name is spelled "Neil" by her husband on her Death Notice.[4]
Death Notice confirms d.o.b., d.o.d husband, children and her parents. Lower Albany Chronicle spelled it Neale. I don't know how to change this without a completely new profile being created.
