DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Thomas by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Thomas:

Is there any actual evidence of him actually having a middle name? It would be rather unusual in his time. If no evidence, It Should Be removed ...

Can someone with a copy of the Silver Book, or someone with a paid subscription to American Ancestors, run a check on Hope's husband? According to the Mayflower Society Application Database, she married Thomas Nelson, 17 May 1675 - 28 Mar 1755, son of William Nelson and Ruth Foxwell. Here on Wikitree her husband has the same dates but different parents. I only have access to the free version of the database: "Community Trees," database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/2:2:QV7S-XYJ : accessed 5 October 2021), entry for Thomas Nelson, cites sources; "Mayflower Pilgrim Genealogies" file (2:2:2:MMXD-DP8), submitted 24 February 2020 by FamilySearch.
