Thomas was born about 1716 in Yorktown, VA. He died 6 December 1788, or possibly 1782, in Yorktown, Virginia.

He served as the Secretary of the Council of Virginia in 1776.[1]

Nelson-20596 and Nelson-964 appear to represent the same person because: same father, spouse and child, please merge these and the ancestors that are duplicate
