Biography

Anne, daughter of Nicholas and Anne (née Wharffe) Nelthrope, was born in 1584 in Beverly, Yorkshire, England.

Anne died at the age of about 27 in 1607 in Kilham Ebor, Yorkshire, England.

Research Notes

  • Research is needed on Nelthorpe vs. Nelthrope as best last name, and also on correct birth and death dates. Alternate death date from merged profile was 1607-00-00. However, this is also listed as the marriage date, which is probably correct, as children were born after this date.

History of Parliament Online also says Anne was the daughter of Edward Nelthorpe, not Nicholas. This is more reliable than Ancestry trees.

Thanks, I was just about to comment on the children! Some sources list her death as 1650, although that is also (conveniently) Richard's death date. Still looking at this.

If Anne has the children shown, she couldn't have died in 1607.

I am changing the birthdate from 1852 to 1582 ;)
