Biography
John Newby was born about 1682 and died 10 July 1723 in Pasquotank, North Carolina.[1][2]
He married first Elizabeth Nicholson 6 Aug 1701 in Perquimans, North Carolina at the house of Garbiel Newby.[3] He married second Elizabeth Barrow on 4 Jun 1713.[4] Elizabeth Barrow died 6 Jan 1720.

Newby-119 and Newby-17 appear to represent the same person because: These are the same person. The date of birth in Newby-17 comes directly from his death record 1723 which lists his age so I believe that is the correct birth year.
