Biography

Louisa was born on 22 June 1916 in Southwark, London, Englland.[1] She was the daughter of George Newman and Susannah Rebecca (Porter) Newman.

James Henry Holland (age 28), Bachelor, Laboratory Assistant, of 7 Luxford St S.E.16, son of John James Holland, Painter, married Louisa Emily Newman (age 22), Spinster, Machinist, of 14 Luxford St S.E.16, daughter of George Newman, Dock Worker, on 31 July 1938 in St Barnabas, Rotherhithe, Surrey, England. Witnesses: George Newman, Charles Holland[2] 1910

In the 1939 register James H Holland (age 29), Milk Chenist, was the married head of household at 98 Cricklade Rd, Swindon, Wiltshire, England.[3]
