Hi joAnn, and welcome to WikiTree! You mentioned your ancestors in Ireland and England. I wanted to let you know we have a great new project that focuses on the UK here called United Kingdom Project which links to our Irish Roots Project They would be a great places for you to get involved once you have settled into WikiTree.

You may find some of your ancestors are already on WikiTree and the people in both projects will be happy to help you in any way they can.

Our vision is to build a collaborative tree. Please make sure to look for duplicates on WikiTree before adding a profile. Having dates and locations attached to every person assists in our mission as well.

You should include a little bit about how you plan to contribute to the tree.
