Biography

Mark Humphrey Newman was born on February 6, 1878 in Trempealeau, Trempealeau, Wisconsin, United States, son of Alfred William Newman (1834–1898) and Celia Elizabeth Humphrey (1838–1921).^{[1] [2]}

In 1880, Mark (2) was in the household of his father, Alfred, in Trempealeau, Trempealeau, Wisconsin. ^[3]

In 1900, Mark (22) H was in the household of his mother, Celia, in Madison city Ward 1, Dane, Wisconsin. ^[4]

In 1910, Mark (32) was living in St Louis, Minnesota. ^[6]

Mark died on July 11, 1939 in Mascot, Knox, Tennessee, United States, aged 61.^{[7] [8]} He was buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Platteville, Wisconsin.
