- In 1841, 6 year old Eliza is living with her parents in the parish of St. Mary the Virgin, Nottingham[1]
- In 1851, 15 year old Eliza is living with her parents in Basford and working as a lace scollaper[2]
- In 1861, 25 year old unmarried Eliza is living with her parents in St. Mary's Parish, Nottingham and working as a silk winder[3]
