Clarence was born in 1884. He was the son of Erbon Newton and Catherine Fry.[1]
Clarence Elmer Newton married Nora Sheldon June 30, 1915, in Mount Ayr, Ringgold County, Iowa, USA.[2]
He passed away in 1964.[3]
