Newton-6955 and Newton-3918 are likely the same person given the dates, but I'm trying to reconcile the difference in first names and Husband names. This records shows Samuel Tozer as husband based on a DAR record. I have the husband name as John Tozer based on a book "A letter written to a Brother Bennett in behalf of the Genealogical Society of Utah" Ancestry.com source: https://search.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/sse.dll?db=61157&h=3895571&indiv=try. I can find no other corroborating sources at this time.

Newton-6955 and Newton-3918 appear to represent the same person because: same last name, same birth date
