Patience Nichols, daughter of Nathan Nichols and Abigail (Griffith) Nichols, was born circa 1796 at New York.[1]
She married Roger Hartin Haviland, son of Garrison Haviland and Catherine (Harten) Haviland, on 17 Sep. 1813.[2]
She was disowned for marriage out of unity by Troy Monthly Meeting, Pittstown, New York Society of Friends on 11 Nov. 1813 at New York. She was acknowledged by Troy-Pittstown Society of Friends on 6 July 1814 at New York. She and Roger were received by request by Troy-Pittstown Society of Friends on 10 April 1839 at New York.[1] She and Roger Hartin appeared on the census of 2 Oct. 1850 at Pittstown, Rensselaer Co., New York.[3] She and Roger Hartin appeared on the census of 13 June 1855 at Pittstown, Rensselaer County, New York.[4]
Patience died on 26 April 1856 at Pittstown, Rensselaer Co., New York.[1]
