Biography
Martha "Mattie" Nichols, daughter of Wesley M. Nichols and Susanne Nichols,[1] was born on 8 September 1856 in Macon Co., NC.
Martha married Rufus V. Dills on 17 January 1878 in Macon County.[2]
She passed away on 20 July 1950 in Cartoogechaye, Macon County and is buried in Old Cartoogechaye Baptist Church Cemetery, Macon County.[3]
