Ruth Williams was born April 9, 1863 in Dapto, New South Wales, Australia[1], the daughter of James Williams and Eliza Nichols and the sister of Ann Matilda Nichols, Jane Eliza (Nichols) Latimer, John Nichols, Emma (Nichols) Nunn, James Nichols, Clara (Nichols) Osborne and Lydia Nichols.
She married Duncan Roy on March 26, 1884 in New South Wales, Australia[2] and their children were Eva Elizabeth Roy, Horace Aubrey Roy and Vera Victoria Roy.
Ruth died on January 19, 1924 in New South Wales, Australia[3].
