Bert Nicholson was enumerated as son of the head of household at Dandridge Road, Civil District 1, Jefferson County, Tennessee for the January 9, United States Census, 1920. He was noted as born 1911 in Tennessee and single as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Ward M Nicholson, wife Sallie M Nicholson, son Hal Nicholson, daughter Ruby Nicholson, son Si Nicholson and daughter Anna L Nicholson.^[1]

Robert W Nicholson was enumerated as son of the head of household in Chestnut Grove Road, District 1, Jefferson County, Tennessee for the April 30, United States Census, 1930. He was noted as born 1916 in Tennessee and single as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Ward M Nicholson, wife Sallie M Mrs Nicholson, son Hall V Nicholson, daughter Ruby A Nicholson, daughter Analyn Nicholson and son Herman Nicholson.^[2]
