[Note: "NICKELSON, Thomas - of Boston, here for 3 yrs" on his marriage record to Isabelle BROUSSARD in 1795 (SM Ch: v.4, #119).] He died in 1807 in Vermillion, St. Martin, LA and was buried 25 Dec 1807 St. Martinville, St. Martin, LA. Death at his home at Vermillion [present-day Lafayette, LA], bur. 25 Dec. 1807. Probate: 9 Aug 1808 St. Martinville, St. Martin, LA [3]
