Note the similar profiles, but two different men: Nickerson-69 and Nickerson-1385. Both John Nickerson from Yarmouth, but one is Massachusetts, the other is Canada. I believe Nickerson-1385 fought with Barnstable Co. in the Revolution, and Nickerson-69 was a volunteer from Nova Scotia. See both profiles at "Massachusetts Soldiers and Sailors of the Revolutionary War, Vol 11."
