Biography
William was born in 1847. He was the son of Lemuel Nickerson and Sophie McKinnon.
At the time of the 1871 Canada Census, Lemuel, Sophia, William H., Lemuel 2, Allice A., Byron, Edgar, Mercy and Eliza Ann Nickerson were listed as living on Cape Sable Island, Nova Scotia[1]. At the time of the census, William's occupation was listed as "Fisherman".
He passed away in 1906. [2]
