When Priscilla Nickerson was born in 1754, in Chatham, Barnstable, Massachusetts, United States, her father, Elkanah Nickerson, was 33 and her mother, Bathsheba Snow, was 31. She married Henry Pine on 16 August 1781, in Liverpool, Queens, Nova Scotia, Canada. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 9 daughters. She died in Richibucto, Kent, New Brunswick
Nickerson Family -Vol. 1-pg. 73, 182 - "1778 - Tuesday Jany 27th -- Priscilla NICKERSON, an apprentice to Joseph BURNABY, left him, and complains to the Overseers of the Poor that he threatens her, and otherwise uses her ill." "Thursday Jany 29th -- the overseers of the Porr have a hearing befor Mr. Justice TUPPER, and Mr. Justice JOHNSTONE in behalf of Priscilla NICKERSON on her complaint against her master. It was concluded she should be in the Overseers' hand ten days to be returned to Mr. BURNABY, if we think proper. Mrs BURNABY went home with her husband.[1]
