In about 1836, she married Archibald Scott (a source for this is needed).
The couple emigrated to New Zealand, having already commenced a family. Their first child born in New Zealand appears to have been their daughter Elizabeth, who was born in 1847, prior to official birth records in the colony.
She passed away on 4 May 1884 in Auckland, New Zealand[1]. Elizabeth was 72 when she died, and was interred in Hamilton West Cemetery.
