Together with his father and siblings, he moved with his young family to Estill, Kentucky, before 1810.[4] He and his extended family later moved to Jackson, Missouri, where they are enumerated in the 1830 census. [5]
Jesse Noland MD died about 1840 in Jackson County, Missouri, and is buried in Noland Cemetery, Kansas City. [2]

Henry "Trusty" Noland is believed to be the son of Jesse Noland MD due to the following statement included with Jesse's Find a Grave memorial: [2]
According to George Washington Noland (son of Dr. William Whitaker Noland and nephew of Henry "Trusty" Noland), his grandfather Jesse, was also a Doctor.
