Hello Ron,

In reply to your comment to me about John Suffern/the Rosencrantz family of the Hermitage, I realize you were quoting published sources about John Suffern's background/history. His daughter Cornelia did marry Elijah Rosencrantz and they did live at the Hermitage that lists the info you posted. I have been tracing "sources" of where information or misinformation started. I can only say before the advent of the internet, historians had a much harder time of it, but I do not think it true John intended to join Braddock's campaign. Thanks for your interest in history, Suffern, Rosencrantz or otherwise!!

The maiden name of Sarah 'de Plancken' should be spelled as: de Plancken. I will try and find original documents to back this spelling. In any case, this is the accepted spelling for this surname in the Netherlands. Sincerely, Philip van der Walt-440

Ron - just fyi on why I posted to the bulletin board page for Pieter Monfoort-9 about the G2G question. A while back, someone on the Integrater project (integrating profiles/G2G posts) told me that profile managers don't receive an e-mail notice when G2G questions are posted (like they do when with a bulletin board post). So... now I try to remember to do both the G2G and a post on the linked profile.

Ron, Do you want to work on the Sunstein siblings? Elias Sunstein-1 is the direct ancestor of AJ, so this would add some direct cousins for him. Some have been started, but more information can be added and more family lines added via spouses and children. Just a little direction. I, too, am not very well versed in Russian ancestry and had been working on this earlier.
