Billie Ruth Norman was born to Nat Norman and Addie Lawrence October 25, 1928 in Byers, Clay County, Texas, USA.^[1]

In 1930, Nat, Addie, and Billie are living in Precinct 2, Clay County, Texas with Nat's parents, Joseph and Jenny Norman.^[2] Nat is a general farm laborer.

Billie died just days after finding out she had ovarian cancer of sepsis.^[3]
